The Maltings is Bridlington’s newest care home, providing residential and dementia care for up to 59 residents. We’re family-owned, technology-led, and all-inclusive – combining 40 years of Fisher Care Group expertise with the latest in care technology, genuine warmth, and transparent pricing that covers everything.
Early Welcome Rate For Our First Ten Residents
To celebrate our opening, we’re offering an Early Welcome Rate of £1,250 per week – fixed until April 2027 – for the first ten people who make The Maltings their home.
From meals, activities, and trips to hairdressing, chiropody, newspapers, and a glass of wine with dinner – it’s all included. One transparent weekly fee with no surprises.

The Maltings offers 59 rooms across three floors, including single rooms, double rooms, and suites – all with en-suite facilities, air conditioning, and quality furnishings as standard.
But a room only becomes home when it feels like yours. We actively encourage residents to bring photographs, cherished ornaments and meaningful personal belongings- the things that make a space feel familiar and personal from day one.
Beyond your room, The Maltings offers a wealth of beautifully finished spaces to enjoy. Relax in our light-filled orangery, catch a film in our cinema room, enjoy a meal with family in our bistro-style dining room, or simply sit quietly in our landscaped gardens. Whether you want company or quiet, there’s always somewhere that feels just right.

Our dementia care combines specialist knowledge with genuine warmth, creating environments that feel safe, familiar, and calm. We work with memory rather than against it – focusing on what residents can enjoy, find comfort in, and connect with every day.
Sometimes everyone needs a little extra support. Our respite care provides a warm, temporary home for residents while giving family carers a well-earned break. With the same personalised attention and inclusive approach as our permanent care, many families find it’s the perfect way to experience everything The Maltings has to offer.

Good food matters. At The Maltings, mealtimes are moments to look forward to – a chance to enjoy something delicious, share good company, and savour the simple pleasure of eating well.
We cater to all dietary requirements – vegetarian, vegan, diabetic, texture-modified – without ever compromising on flavour or presentation. And with wine and beer included in our all-inclusive fee, dinner feels exactly as it should.
We understand that appetite doesn’t always follow the clock. Prefer breakfast a little later? That’s fine. Feeling like something light in your room this evening? We’ll bring it to you. Flexibility is simply part of how we work.
Our bistro-style dining room is where friendships form and conversations flow – we encourage communal dining because we’ve seen how it enriches daily life, but we never insist on it. Some days, quiet is needed, and we respect that completely.
Birthdays, anniversaries, and seasonal celebrations are always marked with something special- because at every age, life’s moments deserve to be celebrated properly.
