His professional journey spans both commissioning and registered manager positions, giving him a comprehensive understanding of how high-quality care is delivered and sustained over time.
This breadth of experience means Rob understands care from every angle; from the strategic decisions that shape services to the day-to-day interactions that make residents feel truly at home.
