We are here to support you. What is your ambition? Working in care with Fisher Care Group is not just a job, it is a career, one where you will be valued for what you do more than ever before, one where you can go home satisfied, you made a difference.

We support our colleagues with learning to suit their abilities, we are all different, so we offer face to face training, support to attend colleges or university, and E-Learning. Not to mention you are support to learn every day by your colleagues and floor supervisors.

We even pay for learning, in terms of the time you take to study to give better care for the people in our care.

Personally, we are here for you, the Covid 19 pandemic has brought so many challenges and that includes for the people who work with us, these may have been financial hardship, loss of a loved one, loss of a partners income, or indeed ill health. Throughout we have been there for our staff.

The learning and support strategies we offer make us a great place to work and live, come see for yourself.
